SAR Foundation was founded by Mr Farooque Ahmad & Ms Haseena Bano in the Year 2021. We cherish the values of equality, solidarity and brotherhood. We strive hard to enrich and sustain the lives of our lesser fortunate brethren.
For us, health always comes first. So we emphasize greatly providing free primary healthcare to the helpless and needy. We provide good quality and affordable healthcare treatments, free health checkups, consultations and medicines. We also provide financial and physical aid to poor and needy people.
We conduct various immunization and healthcare programs.
We also conduct awareness programmes to create awareness about health and disease in society. Apart from health care facilities, we provide food and shelter for children, women or anyone who needs it.We are a complete non-profit organisation, and every rupee donated is used for a good cause.
Our Goal
Our goal is to create awareness in our society and help underprivileged citizens in every corner of our country. And to improve the state of healthcare facilities, that are provided to them, and to make their lives better.

Our mission is to provide care & support and strengthen the weaker sections of our society, so that every person has equal opportunities to health care and medical treatments. And to provide them with the basic facilities and the necessities that are needed to live a healthy life.
Our vision is to reform our country into a nation, in which everyone can get the health care that they need and deserve. And to create positive social change in the lives of individuals, who are poverty-stricken and less fortunate than us.
